You may be aware that Isha foundation has been a leading provider of scientifically structured yoga-based solutions that enhance health and wellness. It gives me immense pleasure to invite you in Upa Yoga session to be conducted by Isha Foundation. Upa Yoga essentially means “sub-yoga” or “pre-yoga”,A simple practice that takes a few minutes to do, UpaYoga activate the joints, muscles, and the energy system. The session will be based on a video and facilitated by trained session guides and volunteers from Isha Foundation.
