Steps to Register:
- Transfer the registration fee in the account (details given below) or Through Demand Draft (DD): DD should be made in favor of "ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad" payable at Ghaziabad.
- Send Following to cict2019@abes.ac.in (No need to update the paper on easychair submission system): (For Multiple Paper Registration, Repeat the Same Process for Each Paper)
- Copy of registration fee payment receipt.
- Updated paper (Both in .doc and .pdf format), strictly updated as per Reviewer’s Comments. All LATEX files in a single folder, if LATEX is used.
- Responses to reviewer’s comments in a separate file.
- Registration Form (Available at Quick Links section of http://www.cict.abes.ac.in/).
- Copyright (Consent to Publish) Form (Available at Quick Links section of http://www.cict.abes.ac.in/).
- Scanned copy of valid full time student id if claiming for student’s registration.

Registration Instructions:
- Registration DEADLINE:
- Round1: January 20, 2020
- Round 2: 25 January 2020
- Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one author registration.
- Please note that only one paper is covered by an author registration. Authors with multiple papers need to register separately to pay the registration fee of other papers. Normal paper is of 10 pages and after 10- pages, INR 800/USD 20 per additional page after 10 pages limit.
- Each normal registration includes one paper publication in CICT-2019 proceedings, a bag, a badge, proceedings, program schedule, and attending all technical sessions and social programs (tea/coffee breaks, conference lunches).
- All attendees must register. Attendee without paper can register with the attendee registration fee.
- Everybody, who has paid the registration fees, will receive an official receipt.
- No CANCELLATION & REFUND of Registration Fee.
- Please note that the registration fee is only for paper publication, attending the conference etc. Authors should bear all lodging and boarding expense on their own.
