Procedure

For participating in the counseling, the candidates are required
to visit official website of the university

After the counseling the candidate will get an Allotment letter.

Thereafter the candidate is required to visit the alloted
college on the dates as mentioned in the Allotment letter for
the final reporting along with the required fees and documents.

15% seats will be offered to eligible candidate through direct admissions based on the guidelines of
AICTE/AKTU and as per the college policy for the session 2026-27.
Institute will shortlist the candidates on the basis of their
Aggregate in qualifying exam and JEE Score/Rank.

Thereafter, candidate will be called for an interview.

On the basis of marks scored in the test and Interview. The
candidate will be offered seat for the admission.
Financial Assistance
The Gate Qualified candidate having valid GATE score shall be eligible to get the financial
assistance under PG scholarship scheme given by AICTE/MHRD.

The Non-qualified candidate, admitted through direct mode will get financial
assistance/stipend of Rs. 7,000 in 1st year and 8,000 for 2nd year as per the college policy
and based on selection at college level.

Provide financial support to publish original research work in Journal and international
conference proceedings of repute.

subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship as per
table 1.3(a) – Annexure 1 (copy

Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category)
in the above subjects taken together.
OR
Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.
The University will offer suitable bridge courses (such as Mathematics, Physics,
Engineering drawing, etc.), for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to prepare

B.Tech Lateral Entry (2nd Year)

Passed Minimum 3 years / 2 years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category)
in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology (except Agriculture Engg., Pharmacy and Architecture) from the institution recognized by BTEUP or equivalent.
OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category)
and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject. Will be allotted if seats remain vacant after allotment to Diploma Students.

Secondly, by the merit of the candidates in qualifying examinations

Accommodation Terms and Conditions:
Room allotment will be made on a First-Come, First-Serve basis.
Air-conditioned (AC) rooms will be allotted only upon full occupancy of the designated room.
AC usage is permitted from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM on working days, and round-the-clock on holidays, subject to the availability of commercial power supply from UPPCL.
The use of desert coolers is strictly prohibited in the Girls’ Hostel. In the Boys’ Hostel, desert coolers may be used in accordance with college policy.
Limited rooms with attached bathrooms are available at an additional charge of ₹10,000, to be shared equally among roommates.

Cheques and cash payments are not accepted for Academic Fees.
As per current income tax regulations, any fee deposited in cash directly at the bank will incur a penalty of ₹10,000. Additionally, the amount deposited in cash will only be refunded after the due fee is paid through a Demand Draft (DD).
