Department of Business Administration, ABES Engineering College, in association with Ghaziabad Management Association, organized an interactive session on the topic ‘Human Values & Professional Ethics’. The objective of the session was to help the participants to nurture meaningful relationships with each other.
The resource person for the session was Dr. Gajendra Singh, Director, ABES Engineering College. He drew the attention of the audience on various fundamental aspects concerning human life and human happiness. Dr. Singh spoke on the importance of developing right attitude as well as inculcating life skills which are necessary for ‘continuous happiness’.
By using various incidents, examples, stories and anecdotes, Dr. Singh emphasized that in the mad pursuit of wealth and materialism, our focus has gradually shifted from meaningful relationships and eternal happiness to short term gains. He stressed that the abuse of ‘panchtatva’’ which is a gift of Indian culture, is the root cause of problems. The audience participated in the session very enthusiastically and clarified their doubts and dilemmas. The speaker shared his wisdom and experience with the audience and helped them in charting a roadmap for continuous happiness and prosperity.
The program was graced by the presence of Sh. Neeraj Goel (President, ABESEC), Sh. Sachin Goel (Vice President, ABESEC) and Sh. Raghunandan Kansal (Advisor, ABESEC).
