FDP on “Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems: Research Potential”
It gives us the immense pleasure to inform you that an FPD on “Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems: Research Potential”, was facilitated by ME Department from 02-04 July 2018. The FDP was participated by around 40 faculties and 14 speakers from institutes of national importance and organizations had been invited as the key speakers. The program was fully sponsored by Dr. APJ AKTU under TEQIP-III. The inaugural event was chaired by our Chief Guest Dr P M Pandey, Professor, MED, IIT Delhi and Dr. R.K. Shukla (HOD-ME, ABES).
All speakers were very inspirational and encouraging for participants and showered the words of wisdom in their domain of expertise. They highlighted the recent advancements and challenges in manufacturing systems and delivered their lectures integrating the fundamentals of research practices up to the advanced State-of-Art. The guests from industry were also invited to contribute with lectures on some cutting-edge manufacturing paradigms and delivered the hands-on sessions to the participants. The participants felt very excited, motivated, and committed for their contributions further in technological developments and research in the very area of manufacturing systems.
Valedictory session was completed with appreciation and participation certificates distribution by Dr. R.K. Shukla (HOD-ME and Convener) and Mr. E H Ansari (MD-Bitana Management, Gurugram) along with Program Coordinators, Co-coordinators and organizing committee members.
