Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, ABESEChas organized a National Conference on “Sustainable Growth in Microelectronics andCommunication Engineering” on May 28, 2019. The honorable Chief Guest and KeynoteSpeaker Dr. Aarti Noor (Director, C-DAC Noida), Session Chair Dr. Dhirendra Kr. Dwivedi(HOD ECE, RKGIT), Prof. (Dr.) Vijay AnantAthawale (Director, ABES EC) and Prof. (Dr.)Sanjay Kumar Singh (HOD ECE, ABESEC) inaugurated the conference with their benignpresence. The conference was attended by faculty members, students of ECE department andresearchers of many reputed colleges across NCR.Nearly 90 quality research papers were selected out of 120 received papers in this conference.

Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Kumar Singh emphasized that such academic events provide a platform for thestudents and faculty to share their research ideas which are instrumental in reducing Industry-Academia gap.

Dr. Aarti Noor shared that the hardware implementation in India is very less. Thus, it becomesmandatory to encourage chip designing procedures and their associated VLSI startups from theperspective of business promotion.
